Holy crap it has been hot this summer. It’s a little cliché that this Yankee burns up here in South Texas, but seriously, I sometimes feel like my skin is melting off in Austin. However, it has been unseasonably warm all over the United States and these rays are no joke. Babo Botanicals Clear Zinc (meaning CLEAR!) Sport Stick SPF 30 Sunscreen protects against both UVA and UVB sun rays and contains certified organic oils like jojoba and coconut. I will describe the container as a ‘fat chapstick’ and it is really simple to carry around to make sure you and your family gets their skin protected from the sun. It also smells great, which is just an added bonus to the certified organic oils (I think!). I love that the sunscreen is chemical-free and they call it ‘playground safe; because it is sweat proof and absorbs quickly (also it is non-greasy! Yeah!).
