Product Review: Kidz SuperFood Wild Berry Packets – 15 count *Health* (Age 2+)
We’ve Taken the “Yuck” Out of Eating Vegetables
My daughter likes to try new foods and, on the average, I would say she is a very decent eater of proteins, fruits and veggies. However, there are days when I worry about her getting enough vegetables in her diet and enough so that I began to look at different supplemental options for some of her ‘off veggie’ days. I was happy to find a product called Kidz SuperFood in a Wild Berry Flavor (even better, they come in nice convenient packs!) that was just the ticket for us and her.
Kidz SuperFood Wild Berry Packet contains 32 fruits and vegetables that is said to provide the nutritional power of three servings of fruits and vegetables. The best way Brooke likes to have her packet is mixed in with yogurt or blended into a smoothie; although she isn’t opposed to drinking it mixed with water. While I am certainly no dietician and will not make any nutritional claims that I cannot support, I am very happy with the ingredients in the Kidz SuperFood Wild Berry Packets and feel good about feeding it to my daughter. Here are a few tidbits from the Amazing Grass website that made me interested in this product:

While I certainly recommend organic whole fruits and vegetables whenever possible, those with picky eaters or those concerned about their children getting their daily dose of antioxidants to support a healthy immune system, I think the KidZ SuperFood is a great, well, supplement to a healthy diet!
