Family Yogis Unite! Namaste! is a double-CD set that includes a fifteen page booklet of songs, yoga and mediations for kids (or, as they like to call them, young yogis!). The first CD offers 42 (yes, that is four-two) tracks of inspiring songs and mediations for young yogis for yoga, movement and meditation. The second CD in the set is a complete recorded live creative yoga session for families with children to practice together. Many of the songs in this double CD set are used in the Arts-In-Celebration Yoga and Movement classes led by the Carbones in their Rhode Island yoga studio. The songs were picked due to their uplifting and inspirational qualities and their Carbones motto of being present in your life in every moment. How moving! Yogi families will love it.
