DETANGLER. Say it with me now. De-Tang-ler. It is probably the most important three syllable word in the history of Momma’s Bacon hair. Before Johnson & Johnson had No More Tangles detangling spray (or probably, more like before we could afford it) my mom refused to mess with my’ rat’s nest’ of curls and kept my hair as short as my older brother’s hair. I absolutely hated my hair and strangely felt much like my great aunt’s hairstyle twin if we sat side-by-side. Not such a pleasant comparison for an eight year old but I certainly didn’t like the painful brushing that ensued at bedtime so I felt like I had to make that dreadful boyish hair compromise until I finally took matters into my own hands the summer before I turned nine. My only frenemy (friend-enemy, you know that lingo, right?) decided to point out to me before I moved to a new town that her hair was so beautiful, long and straight and maybe, just maybe, I would be pretty enough if I magically got a new head of hair. Ha! Well, I thought I would show her and read up on how to set my hair and use all natural beauty products to keep the frizz away and I started on the path of having hair longer than my ear lobes! I have rarely been curly-headed since thanks to my Chi and Biosilk hair products. Thankfully these days the inventions of detanglers and other nicer relaxers, lives of curlies don’t have to know the painful twist of a brush in a knotted tress or a tangled piece of hair within a masochistic comb. As long as I can help it, my daughter will never be without products like TruKid All Natural Dancing Hair Detangler as a young child with wispy tangles!
TruKid All Natural Dancing Hair is a hair detangling product that works great on all types of hair ethnicities and even wonderfully on my daughter’s fine curly hair to take out those tangles. Naturally formulated for kids, this product is free of parabens, SLS, BPA & phthalates, gluten, and 1-4 Dioxane. It works wonders on her sensitive scalp and has this lovely flowerly citrus smell that you just have to test out (it has citrus, rose and white tea essential oils). Bottom line, it works! And all natural tangle tamers are winners in my book and I urge those in the market looking for this type of product to give it a try. I don’t think you will be sorry!
TruKid Tip! As with all new skin and hair products, always do a ‘patch test’ (yes, even with all natural ingredients) before using the product and wait a full 24-hours to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction.
