Product Review: 100 pcs Fun Ballz *Fun* (Ages 3+)
Fun, Safe, Creative Toys and Play Centers Great for Indoors or the Backyard!
I wish I could cite and give a shout out to the mom blog where I originally got the idea to make a ball pit out of Brooke’s outgrown Pack ‘N Play (Pippin model) because it is pure genius! Alas, that blog link as well as my sleep cycle has gotten lost along my path of being a parent to a toddler. However, I still get to tell you that our make-shift ball pit from that blog suggestion has been a huge hit with Brooke. The ball play encourages physical play and hand-eye coordination development. She loves to get inside her Pack ‘N Play and kick around for a good 20 to 30 minutes at a time and sometimes even longer. Fantastic! After a little research last year, I ended up buying the 100 Fun Ballz by Intex from Amazon.com and I think I have gotten my money’s worth.
The 100 Fun Ballz pack includes 100 multi-color air filled Phthalate-free plastic balls that are 3-1/8″ in diameter. An added bonus for us was when Brooke was learning colors the multi-colored (they come in red, green, blue, yellow, orange and purple) balls were fun to pick out and she would announce the different colors while she would play. I was so happy with the 100 pcs Fun Ballz set by the Intex Corporation I ended up getting a second bag once I deemed Brooke was okay with us filling up the Pack ‘N Play up a little more for her jumping pleasure. If you don’t have an outgrown Pack N Play, Intex Corp also makes ball pit products and I also hear it is fun to fill up empty baby pools with the balls, too! Just a quick reminder that Brooke only plays in her ‘ball pit’ with our adult supervision, so please be mindful of your little ones when they play.
